Questions homeowners ask us a lot.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers' comp insurance, and we're happy to send our certificates before the job. We're a real local outfit — not a fly-by-night.
How much does a typical project cost?
It depends on size, materials and site conditions. A standard concrete driveway is in the $4k–$12k range. Patios run $3k–$20k depending on stamping, color and square footage. Retaining walls and full landscape installs vary widely. We always give a written, fixed-price estimate — no per-hour surprises.
How long does a project take?
Most concrete pours wrap up in 2–5 days including prep, pour, and cleanup. Larger hardscape and landscape builds run 1–3 weeks. We give you a written timeline with your estimate so there are no surprises.
Do you handle the prep work and cleanup?
Yes — everything. Demo of the old concrete, excavation, base prep, forming, pouring, finishing, and full haul-away. We leave the site cleaner than we found it.
What kinds of finishes do you offer?
Standard broom finish, stamped concrete (lots of pattern + color options), exposed aggregate, smooth-trowel, and colored. We'll show you sample panels at your free estimate so you can see and touch what you're picking.
Do you do residential and commercial?
Yes. Most of our work is residential driveways, patios and walls — but we also handle parking pads, small commercial slabs, HOA hardscape projects and shop foundations.
How soon can you start?
Depends on the season and our backlog. Most non-emergency jobs get scheduled within 2–4 weeks of the estimate. We'll tell you straight up when we can be on-site.
